Welcome to Pumpkin Bed (“we,” “us,” “our”), a brand product of Glenn Furniture. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pumpkinbed.com (the “Site”) and any products, services, or communications offered through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1) Use of the Site
- The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or place orders.
2) Products & Orders
- Pumpkin Bed furniture items may be standard models or custom-made.
- Pricing, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
- Orders are confirmed only after deposit/payment as outlined in your invoice or agreement.
Custom Orders
- A $500 design deposit is required if you request us to create drawings or custom CAD/3D models.
- This deposit is credited to your final order if you proceed with production.
- If no order is placed, the design fee is retained.
- Changes to the design after production begins will incur additional costs.
Production Timelines
- Average production time:
- 6 weeks for a 20-foot container order.
- 8–10 weeks for a 40-foot container order.
- Photos will be supplied weekly to document progress and ensure transparency.
Container Orders
- Special Pumpkin Bed designs, modifications, or large-scale projects may be produced on request with a minimum order size equivalent to one 20-foot shipping container.
- This allows efficient manufacturing, finishing, and shipping for large or customized projects.
3) Payments & Deposits
- A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping.
- Payments may be made via bank transfer or approved methods listed on your invoice.
- Deposits are non-refundable once raw materials are purchased or production has started.
4) Shipping & Delivery
- We arrange international shipping from Indonesia and cooperate with logistics partners for secure transport.
- Shipping costs, local packing charges, and ocean freight are due before shipping.
- Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and local delivery at the destination port.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, port delays, or unforeseen global events.
5) Returns & Refunds
- Because our products are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless required by law.
- In the event of damage during transit, we will assist in pursuing claims with carriers or insurers.
- Refunds, if applicable, apply only to product cost—not to shipping, taxes, or fees.
6) Intellectual Property
- All Site content, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Glenn Furniture and Pumpkin Bed or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs without prior written consent.
7) Limitation of Liability
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or Site content are error-free.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pumpkin Bed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, shipping delays, or third-party service failures.
8) Warranties
- We guarantee that products are manufactured using the specified materials (e.g., solid Suar/Trembesi wood unless otherwise agreed).
- Natural variations in wood (grain, tone, and texture) are part of its authenticity and not considered defects.
- No additional warranties are provided unless expressly stated in writing.
9) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. International buyers agree that disputes may be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in their country.
10) Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
